All orders are processed within 7 business days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We offer Standard Shipping for in-stock items, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.

For items that require a lead time, these will typically be shipped within 10–14 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you with a revised estimated shipping date.

We currently ship to metropolitan regions within South Africa only. We apologise that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

Hachi is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
